In business since 1989, Corleco has over thirty five years experience in the construction industry and has specialised in Commercial & Residential Projects, Project & Construction Management and Inner-city Regeneration and provided Design, Construction & Development solutions to commercial and private clients

Corleco then merged with a third party to form a Development Company which enlarged into a Property Group, focussing on inner-city regeneration, marinas, hotels and retail mixed-use developments, including a construction company, employing over 80 management, adiministration and construction employees

Corleco Projects later reformed to offer Design Solutions, Site & Layout Analysis, Development & Planning Assessments, Scheme Design and Masterplan Layouts and Planning Submissions

Also specialising in sustainable and modular construction, Corleco Projects developed EvoFrame - an Off-Site Manufacture (OSM) system
